Harry Potter movie fans can jump - or fly - at the good news.
Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince will be released in theaters on November 21.
The series has been made into decent movies, although serious fans complain that the movies do not compare to the books.
Though some of the cast has been revealed - some confirmed and some rumored - no additional information has been given.
The famous child star trio of Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint will of course return to play their characters.
Other familiar faces will return, along with Academy Award winner Jim Broadbent, who will play the new potions professor Horace Slughorn.
By the way, if you haven't read the book, then you're probably wondering why Snape is no longer the potions master- well I'm not going to spoil the surprise.
Helen McCrory will play Draco Malfoy's mother Narcissa, which is her first appearance in the films.
In addition Frank Dillane will play the teenage Voldemort.
In this movie, the viewer will learn more about Voldemort's secret past, learn a new spell or two, and satisfy their need to see their favorite actors.
But wait-it gets better: Excitement arises concerning not the sixth movie-but the seventh.
As Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows is the last of the series, Warner Bros and LA Times has confirmed last week that the seventh movie will be split into two films. In order to create the best film possible, and to allow the correct information from the books to be used, J. K. Rowling gave her consent to the duo films.
Both films will be directed by David Yates, who was also the director for Order of the Phoenix and Half-Blood Prince.
In the world of cinema, dates are always subject to change, but word has it that the first of the two movies will be released in 2010.
The second will be released in 2011
