You'll be glad to know that I took Megan The Glen Shopping Centre today and she shopped at Toys R Us with her birthday money.
She finally decided on a SOS Station with three Police vehicles and a garage with a roller doors on either side. It even has a CB / walkie-talkie that she can talk into.
She's been Alpha, Bravo, Charlie-ing all afternoon. Thanx again for sharing her birthday with us.

Its a beautiful sunshiney day in South Africa.
About 30 degrees C outside, not a cloud in the sky, not a breath of wind and she wants puts on her Welly Boots with the Fur, a mismatched T-shirt and shorts and a Ben 10 cap to complete the look.

As usual, Megan was the sensible gorgeous older sister.
Its been a while since we used our Jacuzzi (aka Hot Tub) because we had to re-wire the thing, install new pipes and fix the heating element. So its been out of action for a while...
After my friend cancelled yesterday afternoon's get-together half an hour before they were due to arrive (I was so disappointed), my Boerewors and I decided to finish the repairs on the jacuzzi and then crank it up and enjoy the afternoon and evening on our own under the bubbles.
Megan even mentioned : "It was nice spending the day together with just our family". Gosh when she said that I realised just how much we either go out over the weekends of have hoards of people over. The girls are so used to the hussle and bussle and hectic social life, that they actually appreciate some quiet, alone time...
It was a lovely relaxing evening with the girls enjoying the bubble fun and when the girls went to bed, my Boerewors and I got to enjoy it all on our own.
I finally got the opportunity to babysit my niece, Claire Jane who is now 5 weeks old and what a wee darlin'. She is such a little cutie pie and so content...
KK and Megan enjoyed it so much and were like bees around a honey pot. They couldnt' leave her alone.
